I would like to buy a voucher for a friend - can they get a refund if they don't spend the total voucher?
If the recipient does not use the total value of the voucher for their chosen experience, the remaining balance of the original voucher will simply remain on their customer account to be used against a further experience. Please note that any remaining credit will expire on the same date as the original voucher.
