I haven't been able to use my voucher due to the pandemic and it has now expired. Can I get an extension or refund?


At the time of purchase, your Experience Days voucher had the expiry date printed on the e-certificate/gift card. As per the redemption instructions, all experiences must be booked and taken within this time, along with all extensions and exchanges. Unfortunately as the voucher has expired, extensions, exchanges and refunds can no longer be facilitated.

We previously had a grace period for pandemic related issues but this ended in March 2022. We took into account any covid related circumstances for anyone who contacted us before this time. It has been possible to take part in most experiences since Summer 2021. Our standard terms and conditions now apply.
