EXPERT INTERVIEW WITH FLAWLESS

Q1. How do you differentiate yourself from your competitors?

A: The main aspect to differentiate Flawless has to be – we are the North’s largest studio!  With three state of the art, City Centre studios in Leeds, Manchester and Middlesbrough, where we provide our 5 star makeover and photoshoot experiences. Each of our locations features a glamorous interior design including a stylish reception and makeup/hair area teamed with multiset photography camera rooms with diamante walls, stylish chaise lounges and exquisite backdrops. Customers can escape from their day-to-day lives and feel like an A-list celebrity, which teamed with excellent customer service and an incredibly fun and enjoyable day is enough to outdo any competitors. Another unique selling point is that we have an all-female team of creatives to put our customers at ease.

Q2. What has been your favourite Makeover and Phootshoot? 

A: We welcome over 15,000 beautiful customers a year so it’s incredibly hard to pick one Makeover and Photoshoot as a favourite. However, the photography ladies do tend to enjoy the bump to baby photoshoot. Inviting a glowing, pregnant ‘mum to be’ into the studio for a photoshoot, then welcoming them back after the birth with their gorgeous new born baby is definitely a memorable and special experience for Flawless and the customer.

Q3. How do you ensure everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera, for those who are camera shy?

A: With a team of 80 friendly staff over our 3 state-of-the-art studios, we’re 100% dedicated to ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience, full of fun and laughter that makes them feel confident and completely self-assured!  The warm welcome of our all-female photography team provides the reassurance and self-esteem boosting compliments to our customers. This leaves our customers feeling confident and model-like, ready to take on the camera.

Q4. Do you have any advice or recommendations to customers, before they arrive?

A: We always advise our customers to bring up to four outfit changes – evening wear, casual, lingerie, jeans, anything goes! We also advise that children should bring along their favourite teddy, toy, superhero, princess costume. Bring eyelashes and clip in hair pieces if you prefer. Instructions like these and more are provided before the customer attends their makeover and photoshoot.

Q5. What three words would you use to describe the Makeover and Phootshoot experience?

A: Glamorous, Confidence Boosting and Glittertastic!

Q6. Do you have any plans for the future of Flawless Photography Studios?

A: Future plans for Flawless Photography Studios is to continue to provide excellent customer service, maintain a glamorous and luxury-like reputation and most importantly, build the confidence of our customers and empower women to be and feel the best version of themselves.
