Very good. I found it very informative and worked with the Chef on prepping for each Indian recipe. I was shown the best way to cook each dish, which included nann bread and onion bhaji. I enjoyed every minute of it. Finally I was able to eat the food cooked with the other 6 persons attending this class.

I am going to university soon and I didn't know how to cook until this class. At home my parents are always the ones preparing our meals, I know that when I go to uni that will have to be me and I can't see my self eat noodles or rice everyday. Therefore I thought why not try a cooking class just so I can come prepared. This class changed my whole perspective on cooking not only did I feel more secure in the kitchen but I also felt like a proper chef. I was guided for the whole time and got the best tips for the best results. My family had the chance to have a taste of the dish I made and they all really liked it. I have now booked my self for more classes and I cannot wait to start. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to cook!

What a cooking class! It was the first I'd ever tried and I can't stop making the dish! When I received the ingredient list, I was overwhelmed as I thought I'd never be able to make the dish. However, with the help of our chef, I can assure you that it's something I'll be making again.
