The studio is specially designed to be heated to about 40 degrees which will enhance the benefits and improve your performance, as well as helping you stretch and bend without injury and encouraging a better cardiovascular workout. There are showers at the studio if you would like to shower afterwards.
Red Hot Yoga Drop-in Classes in Surrey are available on all days
throughout the year, although the centre is closed for three days
over Christmas and New Year.
Classes are held at 6:30 am, 10 am, 12:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:30 pm, and 8:15 pm from Mondays to Thursdays; 6:30 am, 10 am, 12:30 pm and 6:30 pm on Fridays; 8 am, 9:30 am, 11:30 am, 3 pm and 5:30 pm on Saturdays; and 9:30 am, 4 pm and 5:30 pm on Sundays.
