Help! My experience is no longer available but it looks like it has been replaced with a new one. How do I exchange my voucher?
In order to exchange your voucher you will need Click 'Redeem Gift' at the top of the homepage, or follow this link.
Once you have entered your redemption reference, and clicked 'Redeem Certificate' you will be taken to a booking page where you will need to click 'Exchange This Experience'.
When you have find your new experience, click the preview, then you will be taken to a booking page displaying the experience details.
If the alternate experience chosen is more expensive, you will simply need to pay the price difference online at the final stage of redemption. If the alternate experience costs less than the original value of the voucher, then a balance will be held on your Experience Days account to use in the future.
Your chosen alternative experience will still need to be booked and taken before the original expiry date. Any remaining credit will also expire on this date.
