Cooking Experience Days: Korean cuisine is making a breakthrough in the UK, opening our eyes and mouths to new flavours, spices and dishes. With the Korean Cuisine Cookery Class in London, you can choose to discover the delights of Korean Bibimpap, or try your hand at Korean Barbecue and Kimchi. Whichever class you take, you're guaranteed to come away with a new repertoire of dishes that are sure to impress at dinner parties!
The classes take place in a professional kitchen in central London, hosted by an expert chef with years in the industry. If you choose to uncover the secrets of perfect Bibimpap (mixed rice), then the class will take you on a journey through Korean Haemul Pajeon (seafood), Yak Kochujang (minced beef chilli sauce), Moo Seng Chae (mooli salad), and Egg Broth - not forgetting the delicious Bibimpap! Should you go for the Barbecue and Kimchi, the class will cover Kimchi Mandu (Korean dumplings), Ssamjang (barbecue sauce), spicy Pork Belly Bulgogi, traditional Beef Bulgogi, and how to make perfect Kimchi every time. By the end of the three hours you'll have a whole host of new skills under your belt, and the ability to go home and reproduce the dishes again and again!

The Korean cookery classes takes place on selected dates and is subject to availability. Please be aware, this Korean cookery class may only take place a few times a year and advance booking is essential.

If you have any dietary needs or allergies, please let the cookery school know with as much notice as possible.
Please note, the Korean BBQ lesson is not suitable for vegetarians. The Bibimbap class menu can be altered to cater for vegetarians.
