A fantastic experience trying unfamiliar food prepared by our group. It was great fun and I would like to return to do another course
Had a great day with Ruth, A great teacher, loads of handy tips and great recipes. Couldn't wait to get home and cook the Lamb Rogan Josh. Met a lot of nice people and would definitely recommend this. Thanks again Ruth x
Well worth doing. Learnt a lot of good tips. Ruth was a great host and explained things in an easily understandable way. The food tasted great as well.
Enjoyable day, very good experience. I've been "doing" Indian cookery for some time, but learnt a number of very useful tips.
A great experience, every dish was so easy to follow step by step and questions were answered in layman's terms. The food we all cooked was absolutely delicious, a really rewarding day out.
Excellent days course, would recommend to anyone who enjoys cooking. Lot of information and hands-on. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Very good. I found it very informative and worked with the Chef on prepping for each Indian recipe. I was shown the best way to cook each dish, which included nann bread and onion bhaji. I enjoyed every minute of it. Finally I was able to eat the food cooked with the other 6 persons attending this class.
Vegetarian options are available to cook on the day. Please be aware meat dishes will still be cooked in the class by other customers in case this affects your choice.
