Good fun, good food, good company

Nice setting in a small village. 4 people in the group plus the chef meant that everyone worked together, doing different parts of the cooking. We were also able to chat amongst ourselves and with Ruth, the chef, sharing further tips and recommendations. We cooked a variety of delicious Indian food and I was amazed how easy it was! We did have a little bit of trouble finding the venue, so some clear directions would be helpful, as our satnav didn't work it out and we had to ask a couple of pedestrians!

A fantastic experience trying unfamiliar food prepared by our group. It was great fun and I would like to return to do another course

Enjoyable day, very good experience. I've been "doing" Indian cookery for some time, but learnt a number of very useful tips.

Excellent days course, would recommend to anyone who enjoys cooking. Lot of information and hands-on. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Indian Cooking Class

Very good. I found it very informative and worked with the Chef on prepping for each Indian recipe. I was shown the best way to cook each dish, which included nann bread and onion bhaji. I enjoyed every minute of it. Finally I was able to eat the food cooked with the other 6 persons attending this class.
