‘Shinrin-Yoku’ translates to ‘Forest Bathing’, and is a relaxing exercise in which you quite simply bathe in the calming atmosphere of a forest. This wholesome outdoor experience focuses on wellbeing and connecting with nature. Where better to soak in the serene energy of wildlife than the tranquil setting of the Lake District? As you spend two hours on this guided experience, you will meditate, steep forest tea, write about the forest and more, in the beautiful wilderness of Rydal.
