I have an experience voucher that has an end date of 20 April. Is this the date I need to use it by or redeem it by? For instance I am interested in an experience on 24 June. Can I book that with this voucher if I do so before 20 April?
Vouchers must be redeemed and the experience attended by the expiry date. Vouchers can be extended for a further 12 months for a fee of £20 assuming they are within date and haven't been extended previously.
