Would it be possible to extend the expiry date as I am unable to use my voucher before it expires?
All Experience Days vouchers can be extended for an additional 12 months from the original expiry date, for a £20 administration fee - this can be completed on our website under the "Redeem Gift" section, or over the phone with our customer service team.
