When I click on redeem the only option I get is to create an account. Do I need to create an account to redeem vouchers given to me when all I want to do is check if I need to book in advance?


You must make a booking with the experience provider in order to take your experience. To redeem your vouchers and make a booking, you first need to create a customer account. This is so we can send you your booking email. This is an email that gives you all the information you need to make a booking including the contact information and address of the experience you are taking. It also includes a unique booking reference that you will need to present to the experience providers upon making a booking.
