I've just redeemed my Experience Days Voucher; but now I have been prompted that I do not have enough credit to do the experience. What should I do?


Occasionally if you purchase a gift experience on special offer and redeem it after the offer has ended, the system will ask you to pay the difference. This is not necessary, so please call us on 0845 862 9911 and we can activate the voucher for you. If you choose to exchange your experience and the activity you have selected exceeds the value of the original voucher, you will be required to pay the difference to redeem the voucher.
