Can I extend my gift voucher?
Yes, we offer one extension per voucher for an admin fee of £20, this extends the voucher for 12 months from the original expiry date. This can be done by logging in to your account and typing in the voucher code, or by calling us on 0845 862 9911. Vouchers must be extended before the expiry date, and cannot be extended more than once.
