However, they didn't work properly and required me to trigger videos or recordings manually - which then didn't work as headphone connection was very poor through device. Staff and tour guides were on hand but unless questions raised with them, did not offer up facts or insights or stories freely. I was left feeling wowed by the facilities and enjoyed it but underwhelmed by the lack of engagement from the staff at each stage of the tour. I would have much rather had a tour guide lead us round providing insights and knowledge along with stories and cool facts to take away. My son would have been better informed this way and had something to take away rather than just walking through it learning not much.
