Chocolate Workshop - Full Day Experience in Devon

Immerse yourself in all things chocolate with a full day chocolate making workshop in Exeter. Whether you're tempering, piping, making mousse or souffle this is a class not to be missed!

This full day chocolate making workshop in Devon is quite possibly the greatest experience gift you could ever bestow on a true chocoholic. If you know one and if you want to be in their good books for life, look no further…

You’ll begin your experience at the state-of-the-art cookery school in Exeter, Devon, where you’ll meet your expert instructor for the day. Your delicious experience begins with a lesson in making Delice au Chocolat. This is a rich, dark chocolate ganache on a crunchy chocolate base, an elegant yet indulgent dessert – but sorry, you’ll have to wait until after lunch to tuck into it! You have more chocolate to make, after all. Your next endeavour will be a gooey chocolate fudge cake – a classic favourite, and a recipe you can re-use for many birthdays to come. After you’ve broken for lunch and enjoyed your Delice au Chocolat, the class will get started making Chocolate Fondants. This is a quick and easy recipe you’ll have loads of fun making with the rest of the class, your experienced instructor at your side if you should ever need a hand. Before you leave, the class will make chocolate truffles, which you can customise with a selection of coatings and sprinkles!

So if you know someone who just can't resist the creamy, sweet, rich goodness of proper chocolate, why not make their chocoholic dreams come true, with this full day chocolate making workshop in Devon?
