Champneys City Spa Experience Days

Excellent all round, beautiful hotel, lovely food (though small portions at dinner), excellent location - stayed an extra night and got the bus into York from outside the hotel. Courteous, helpful staff - slight mix up with the bill but soon sorted and receptionist very apologetic. Spa facilities very good as was taster beauty treatment.

The Cloisters spa is absolutely fabulous! From the staff to the treatments we had. However, at breakfast, because there was a wedding on we had to eat in a different room from where the food was (Buffet breakfast) and carry our plates right through reception to our table and then had to wait, along with quite a few others for the food to be filled up as plenty of items had run out. Left feedback but as yet have had no response from the Parsonage. Would highly recommend the spa but not so sure about the hotel.

This is something I have always wanted to try, myself and my husband both went and it was the most relaxing experience ever, would definitely recommend. The place itself it beautifully decorated and gives instant calm when you walk through the door Thank you so much!
