Yoga Experience Days: Treat
yourself and a loved one to an introduction to yoga class followed by cream tea for 2 at
The Roade House in Northampton. Your yoga instructor will guide you through a 30 minute session of relaxing and strengthening poses, helping you to reach zen.
The session will be followed by cream tea to help you unwind.
Your
experience will begin when you meet your professional yoga instructor, who will
get you comfortable on your mat with some warm up stretches. You should aim to
arrive 15 minutes before the session to allow for filling out a health form.
You will then be ready for the 30 minute session, which is completely beginner
friendly and can be tailored to any specific mobility and/or experience levels.
The experience is made to be as comfortable as possible, so be sure to let
loose and have fun in this non-pressured environment! Once you have wrapped up
the peaceful session, you and your loved one will be shown to your table in the
Bistro Café to enjoy a scrumptious and well-deserved cream tea.
