Have you ever been interested in having a go at the ever-growing popular sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding? Well, completing a SUP lesson on Bournemouth's stunning coastline will be something to remember!
The experience begins with a warm welcome to the group and a safety briefing, where you'll gain knowledge and understanding of water safety and beach awareness. Once you're feeling confident enough to get out on the water, the instructor will go through techniques of how to keep your balance on the board and steer using the paddle - before you know if you'll be boarding like a pro! Not only is this a fun and active experience, you'll also have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views of Bournemouth's sandy beaches and cliffs before heading back in, to finish off your session.
The 1.5 hour SUP Lesson in Bournemouth is a great activity to share with friends, and makes a unique experience gift for outdoorsy types. Enjoy!
This experience takes place from late March until beginning of October, depending on the weather.
This SUP lesson is available at the following time slots; 9.30am, 12pm and 2.30pm.
The minimum age for the SUP lesson is 8 years old.
You MUST be able to swim 50 metres in open water, to complete this experience.

This SUP experience is suitable for groups.
The surf lesson can take up
to 24 people per session with a 1:8 ratio.
You will be able to bring spectators, who can watch from the beach front.
All equipment is provided by the venue, including wetsuits and boards. You'll just need to bring swimming costumes.
However, please bring warm clothes to change into after the experience, as you'll be cold!
