ALL ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE

Static Line Parachute Jump (RAPS) - Wiltshire

Push your limits to the brink with an incredible solo jump parachute jump! After full training by qualified instructors you will jump from a plane at 3,500ft and guide yourself back down to earth!

One of the many great things about a static line jump is that you will experience the excitement of parachuting with a real sense of accomplishment. Rather than being strapped to an instructor, you will jumping from a plane from a height of 3,500 feet and parachute down to earth all by yourself! A static line system will automatically deploy your parachute for you, so you can focus solely on gliding through the air and the thrill of your first parachute ride! You will receive instruction from the ground via radio throughout your descent to ensure your safe return, so the only thing you need to prepare yourself for is the incredible adrenaline rush you will get as you soar – by yourself – through the sky!The theory part of your static line parachuting experience in Wiltshire lasts for at least 6 hours during this two day course. The ground training covers all aspects of the descent and will inform you of the safety procedures, the correct body position to exit the aeroplane in, controlling the parachute and landing safely on the parachute landing area. The RAM Air canopy will open automatically as you jump from the aircraft at 3,500ft and you will then be guided by radio to a safe, soft, on-target landing.
