Spa Experience Days: The Overnight Spa Break for Two at the Crowne Plaza Marlow in Buckinghamshire is a truly luxurious experience, perfect for sharing with a loved one. Relax and unwind in a four-star lakeside venue and enjoy two spa treatments each!

Once you've checked-in and been shown to your room by friendly staff, you're welcome to explore the hotel and spa facilities. You can work up a sweat in the well appointed gym or take a few gentle laps of the deep-blue mosaic-tiled pool, and then kick back in the sauna. We were warmly welcomed and the staff in the Hotel and at the Spa were all very friendly and professional. Sadly Covid has made them all short-staffed, so some aspects of the experience were slow (service in the restaurant, ability to book the Spa Treatments, checking out). We were in no hurry but witnessed others becoming frustrated. The food was delicious. There's a path around the lake but it is owned by the Council so not looked after. The ability to walk around the lake would really add to the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, but would probably choose another venue next time.

Great from start to finish, the staff at the hotel are lovely & welcoming also very helpful. Their customer service is exceptional all round. The spa is great and the treatments very relaxing with many different ones to choose from. The 3 course meal was incredible, the hotel is opening an Indian restaurant this year & offer some dishes on the menu and they are beautiful as well as their normal menu I had the duck which was amazing & my partner had the full Indian menu. The rooms are brilliant everything you could need for your stay. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced in a hotel in the UK they had everything you could want a great selection and everything topped up regularly. Only downside was we had a snack after our spa treatments in the aqua bar and waited a while for these but the waiter apologised as the paper had ran out in the kitchen till when our order was processed. The spa facilities are great and they have an outdoor jacuzzi which is lovely. Would definitely recommend this spa experience and stay at this hotel again.
