ALL ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE

New Quay Dolphin Spotting Experience for Two

Take to the sea on this exciting 1 hour Dolphin spotting boat trip along the beautiful Welsh coastline.

The UK’s coastal waters are home to a surprising variety of marine life and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to admire this abundance during a Dolphin Spotting Experience, in New Quay. Climb aboard the ‘Ermol VI’ and take to the water in search of its most charismatic inhabitants!

The one-hour cruise takes place within the unspoilt Ceredigion Marine Heritage Coast area. You’ll depart from the main pier in New Quay and travel south towards Cwmtydu – passing bird colonies, caves and the ruins of a Celtic iron-age settlement along the way. Of course, you can also hope to spot Bottlenose Dolphins, Harbour Porpoise and Atlantic Grey Seals – not to mention a variety of seabird species, like Razorbills and Guillemots. Whenever wildlife is encountered, your skipper will endeavour to ensure the best possible view without disturbing the animals and, throughout the journey, the boat’s crew will be on hand to answer questions and regale you with the various myths and legends which abound locally. Back on dry land, you can compare photos, savour the sea air and reflect on your remarkable brush with nature.

The Dolphin Spotting Experience for Two, in New Quay, is a real trip to remember. A voucher would make a wonderful gift for the seafaring animal-lover in your family.
