Fantastic day

The horseback archery session was a brilliant experience. As a complete novice when it comes to horses I was a little nervous about it, but I was well looked after, the horses are fantastically well-trained, and by the end of the afternoon I was happily trotting along the line, loosing arrows at the passing targets and feeling like some kind of hero. More experienced riders were able to canter along the course if they wished, but absolutely no experience of riding or archery (though even a basic knowledge of archery would help) is necessary, as long as you turn up with a have-a-go attitude. The team were fantastic, and I'd do it again in a flash!
