Stand Up Paddleboarding is a great way to get fit, test your stamina, and have loads of fun on the water, all whilst taking in your beautiful surroundings. The water sport has become hugely popular in the last year, and is an activity everyone should have a go at. Stand Up Paddleboarding is safe, easy to get to grips with, and suitable for anyone -whether it’s individuals or a big group!
You will begin your experience by meeting the instructors and getting kitted out with everything you need; a wetsuit, your own paddleboard, and a helmet. Once you're all set up, your qualified instructor will take you through all the necessary safety procedures and demonstrate how to control the board. Now you can start your adventure! You'll be taken on to the water and helped finding your feet on the board, learning how to steer left and right, as well as trying to keep your balance and manoeuvre your way around the water. Be careful not to take the plunge! Before you know it you’ll have mastered the skills and be gliding along the water.
A great gift for anyone or the perfect activity for the family, Stand Up Paddleboarding is truly something everyone should try in their lifetime. Enjoy the satisfaction of mastering a new skill whilst having fun outdoors. Enjoy!
