Cooking Experience Days: There is nothing in life that gives us the same sense of satisfaction and pride as cooking a wonderfully delicious meal for our friends and family, and sitting down to share it together. After this two hour cookery class, you'll be able to do just that, with ease. Whether you choose to book on to an Indian or Spanish themed tapas class, you'll receive careful instruction on how to make a range of foods, designed specifically for sharing.
Upon arrival at the cookery school, set up by Masterchef (2009) contestant Ann Hood, you'll be greeted by your chef for the session, and will go over a few kitchen safety precautions. Formalities out of the way, your tapas cookery class will begin. If you have chosen the Spanish Tapas Class, you can expect to be cooking dishes and sharing foods such as Patatas Bravas, Tortilla, and traditional Paella...or perhaps you'd prefer to explore your spicy side with some Onion Pakoras and Allo Gobhi on an Indian Tapas masterclass. Throughout the session, your experienced chef will invite small groups at a time to assist with the preparation and cooking and will teach you the precise skills needed to re-create the dishes at home, for many years to come.

Availability
Both the Spanish and Indian Tapas Making Classes in London and Chelmsford run on selected dates throughout the year - usually around once per month. The classes in Windsor will only be running on weekend dates.

Requirements
Minimum Age: 18 years.
If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, you will need to inform the centre upon booking a date for your chosen class.
Please be aware that his is a cookery lesson with taster-sized dishes, not full size restaurant meals - you are here to learn the skills and techniques.
Duration
Experience Duration: 2:00
Time Spent at Venue: 2:15
This class will last for approximately 2 hours in total.
Throughout the lesson, the chef will invite small groups ofparticipants to help him prepare/cook different parts of the menu.
Please note that this is a lesson - some of the time will be spent watching and listening so as to ensure you learn as much as possible from their expertise.
