Overall we enjoyed our ‘Lunch on a Bus’, however this is advertised as a wine paired meal. Wine pairing should involve a different wine being served with each course to complement the flavours of the food. This is a four course meal, so just pouring a glass of very basic white /red Sauvignon with the fish and meat courses and nothing with the starter or dessert is absolutely not wine pairing, it’s a deception! Also, whilst the quality of the food was superb, the quantity was meagre- our main course would have fitted on a small saucer with room to spare! The Q code system wasn’t working so the waiter gave us a printed copy of the menu, which had a map of the route- just as well as there was no audio commentary. We ‘parked up’ a couple of times for 10-15 minutes without moving. There is a clever acrylic holder on each table to prevent bottles and glasses from falling over. The two buses were quite late arriving at the pickup point and there then was a lot of confusion getting guests onto the correct bus- had it been bad weather this would have been a horrible start to the experience as it was just a coach stop with no shelter from the elements. So overall a nice experience but it is not as described - had it truly been a wine-paired meal with more reasonably sized portions I would have awarded it 5 stars.

My husband and I came down from Leeds for a romantic weekend in London and we thought of trying this experience as a good way to discover the city. This was such an unforgettable experience, my husband and I could not believe our eyes. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the décor was beautiful, the journey was comfortable and we got to see beautiful monuments that make London such a wonderful city. We highly recommend this to any couple or even friends visiting London if you want something more private this is it!
