On the day of your Glasgow bungee jump, you'll arrive at the bungee jumping location to fill in a registration form and be weighed up and allocated the correct bungee cord for your weight. After this it's time to enter the bungee cage and prepare yourself for the leap of your life! The very professional jump crew will get you safely harnessed in your top of the range bungee jumping gear and will perform a number of double- and triple-checks to make sure everything is safe and sound. All that's left now is that all-too-quick ride in the jumping cage to the top of the 160ft crane. At the top, you'll have a moment to gather yourself, look out over Glasgow city, and contemplate what you're about to do! There will be some members of the bungee crew up there to encourage you and give you a little pep-talk, and soon enough you'll hear that '3, 2, 1...' countdown, and it's time to take a deep breath and jump!

Jumpers over the age of fifty require a doctor's certificate to bungee jump. You should be in good health, and if you have any medical conditions that you think might affect you being able to jump, please make the bungee jumping staff aware.
Unfortunately, bungee jumping is not suitable for you if you suffer with any out of the following;
High Blood Pressure
If you have previously damaged your eyes, back, spinal column, neck, or legs, you will again need a doctor's clearance (written) before bungee jumping.
Bungee Jumping is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant women.
Unfortunately, if you are not in good health bungee jumping is not for you. If you have gotten a doctor's certificate for any condition, you will still need to sign a non-standard waiver at the Berkshire bungee jumping location. Please read carefully.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot. You should allow approximately 2 hours for the bungee jumping experience, from arriving at the Glasgow bungee centre until the jump is complete.

Glasses and contact lenses cannot be worn, and MUST be removed
prior to jumping.
Please wear casual clothes that are appropriate for the weather on the day. This may go without saying, but skirts are not recommended, for very obvious reasons! If you are wearing boots that might interfere with the ankle straps you wear, the boots may have to be removed before you jump.
Extreme weather conditions can affect your Glasgow bungee jump - if you are concerned by weather conditions at the time of your jump, please contact the bungee jumping centre directly on the day of - or day before - your jump.
