Gin Cruise Experience Days: Enjoy three hours spent sailing own the River Wear whilst sipping on a carefully handcrafted gin with canapes. From tastings to quizzes, this Gin Cruise in Durham is the perfect activity for you and some friends.
Your experience begins as you arrive at the boat to head onboard. You will be greeted with a drink (gin, of course), which has been crafted to be fun and bursting with flavour. The gin, named as Steel River, will be incorporated into every activity throughout the three hour duration of your time onboard. Whilst sipping the gin, expect to hear the magnificent history and story of how the spirit came to be, before heading to the distillery and actually watching someone make the gin in front of you! You can also enjoy a Gin Quiz and Raffle, with plenty of prizes to be won. Canapes, nibbles and production talks will be there for you to indulge in and enjoy with your friends, and all of this will be accompanied by 80's disco and live music to provide the best atmosphere to your time on the boat. As your experience comes to an end on, you will get to leave with a goody bag filled with all things Steel River to take home with you.
