Kayaking Experience Days: Explore Somerset's beautiful landscape during this full day tandem kayaking or canoeing experience. Take a self-guided trip down the river Brue and experience the quaint Somerset countryside from the perspective of the water, choosing whether you would like to kayak or canoe upon booking.
Upon arrival to your experience you will be greeted at reception and kitted out with your buoyancy aid, paddle and dry bag. You will then walk to your kayaks or canoes and be assisted in your launch from the river bank into the water. Enjoy up to 7 hours on this scenic tandem kayaking or canoeing experience through the Somerset countryside, taking as much or as little time as desired to explore the river. Paddle through the water, going at your own pace as you make your way along the river Brue towards Glastonbury. This stunning and untouched watercourse provides gorgeous scenery, you may see kingfishers, herons, otters and an abundance of other wildlife along the way. You will have up to 7 hours of kayaking or canoeing time, but you at any point you can return back to your starting point.
This is the perfect experience gift for those who enjoy water sports and spending time in the great outdoors.

The Somerset Tandem Kayaking or Canoeing Experiences run up to 7 days a week, from April to September. Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Requirements
You must be at least 5 years old to take part in the Kayaking or Canoeing Experience.
You must be able to swim to take part in this experience.
All participants under the age of 18 will require full parental/guardian consent and be accompanied by the parent/guardian during the activity.
Unfortunately, the kayaking or canoeing experiences are not wheelchair accessible.
