Recording Studio Experience Days: If you’ve always had dreams of becoming a recording artist, you can turn them into a reality with this full day recording studio experience in Southampton. Realise your inner talent in a professional setting and take the evidence home with you!
You’ll start your experience by meeting with your professional sound engineer. They’ll take you through the recording process, from loading your chosen songs onto the Digital Audio Workstation, to setting you up with an industry standard microphone. You’ll enjoy learning the ropes in a purpose-built sound room, while your engineer explains the best techniques to implement when using a microphone. Then it’s time to get singing! You will get to record up to 6 tracks, and your engineer will record several takes before selecting the best ones to be mixed, creating seamless recordings with the highest quality equipment. The best part is, when you leave at the end of the day you’ll have your professionally mixed and mastered tracks to take home with you. Listen to them for years to come, submit them to recording labels, or show them off to your family and friends.

Availability
The recording experience runs throughout the week and weekends year round and is subject to availability.
Requirements
The minimum age of 5 is a guideline as the studio isn't very strict.
Those aged 12 or under will need an adult on site whilst taking their experience.
Duration
Experience Duration: 7:00
Time Spent at Venue: 7:15
Your experience will last for seven hours, however please expectto be at the venue for slightly longer.
You will get to record up to six songs within the time spent atthe studio.

The experience can run with just one person and can take up to agroup size of 8 people per session.
