Experience Days Driving: If you've always dreamed of getting behind the wheel of a rally car, learning how to enhance your driving skills and getting an insight into the world of rallying first hand, then look no further than this fantastic full day rally driving experience in Leicestershire! Rally driving requires a very particular set of skills, and during this awesome experience you will be taken through the techniques of handbrake turns, power slides, under/over steer and much more, all in some of the most famous rally cars there are, such as the Subaru WRX STi, Mitsubishi Evo, and the VW Polo. Not only are there tarmac and gravel surfaces to get to grips with, but also different styles of power delivery, such as the rear wheel drive, front wheel drive and the ultimate in grip, the four wheel drive.
Under the guidance of a professional rally instructor,you will learn skid control, brake and gear control, on both a high-speed, high-grip tarmac circuit and a purpose-built rally gravel stage. Each lap you do will be tighter, faster and more stylish - you won't believe how far you come! As you come to the end of your experience, you've still got one more thrill left - the high speed passenger ride!
Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all aspects of the track and the powerful rally cars you are to drive on the Full Day Rally Experience. You will start by driving in the Mitsubishi Evo on the tarmac stage, followed by loose gravel stage in a group N rally. Next up, on the same tarmac stage you will have the chance to compare the Evo against the Subaru as you continue the hard surface lesson. You will then stop for a spot of lunch before repeating the whole morning's activities all over again, this time on the loose gravel track! Brilliant! Finally, you will be treated to a rally passenger ride with an experienced Rally instructor before the day is complete with the presentation of your personalised driving certificate.

Participants must have a full UK or European driving license with no serious offences.
You must also be able to drive a manual transmission.
An optional additional damage waiver can be purchased on the day, or when making your booking.

The Full Day Rally Experience takes place on selectedweekdays at Prestwold Hall.
Courses generally start at 9.00 am and last for approximately6 hours in total.
During this full day Rally Driving course, you'll be entitledto the following:
Fully prepped 2 wheel drive Rally car - 8-10 mins, tarmac
Fully prepped 4 wheel drive Rally car - 8-10 mins, tarmac
Front wheel Rally car (Polo/Focus RS) - 8-10 mins, gravel
Lunch
Repeat all 3 stages
Passenger ride with experienced instructor

This full day Rally Driving experience is suitable forindividual and small group bookings alike.
Please note that there will be other drivers using the track atthe same time.
Spectators are welcome, although there is a strict 'No PetsAllowed' rule.There are some on-site catering facilities.

What to Wear
You should wear comfortable clothing with thin-soled shoes for driving.
All safety equipment is provided by the centre upon arrival.
