Take a step back from your busy day to day life and retreat to this tranquil location in Hereford, the ideal setting for an exciting blacksmithing workshop. Why not take a friend or partner or simply enjoy this experience on your own! You'll learn to become a master in ironwork, spending a day making your own bespoke, unique pieces. Whether you decide to work with another and create a piece with someone else in the class or you embark on your own individual project, you're guaranteed to come away with something totally personal to you!
Your day will start at the academy, at 9am prompt, where you'll be safety briefed and shown the itinerary for the day. Next, you'll all be shown to your work station which will be yours for the day, and your instructor will show you what tools you'll be using to work the metals and make your ideas come to life. There is an option for a home cooked lunch at the academy at a small extra cost, or you can bring food for an on-site picnic. When you have finished your day at around 2pm, you'll be well on your way to blacksmith expertise!
