This culinary masterclass is located on a beautiful estate in Derbyshire and specialises in baking delicious gluten free goodies, perfect for people with a gluten allergy or those who simply want to learn how to bake with gluten free ingredients. The masterclass is led by Steph Clubb, a gluten free expert, who has created some of the best gluten free recipes for renowned suppliers across the country!
Your culinary class will start with an introduction to the ingredients and techniques you will be using throughout the day. The class will teach you the fundamentals of baking with gluten free ingredients, including how to make different types of gluten free bread, pastry, and sweet treats. On the day, you'll be making four main bakes; savoury choux buns, multigrain french sticks, sweet cinnamon rolls and Jaffa cakes. At the end of your culinary masterclass you'll be able to take your bakes home and enjoy them with your friends and family. The best thing about it is you can produce these bakes at home as well!
All equipment on this course is provided, they will even do the washing up, so all you have to do is enjoy the baking! This class makes a wonderful gift for an individual, couple or group and is the perfect way to spend your special day.
