This is the perfect baking course for anyone who is a beginner to baking or wants to develop their existing skills. This full day baking masterclass will teach you everything you need to know to perfect your sweet and savoury bakes. You'll be able to take everything you've learnt and baked home with you, if you can resist nibbling on it throughout the day of course!
You'll learn various techniques on this course including pastry making, blind baking and professional ways to showcase your masterpieces. You will also learn how to create traditional cakes (with a variety of delicious flavours to choose from) and the art of kneading, shaping and proving bread. You'll be sure to leave this culinary class full of new knowledge, feeling like a pro baker! With this small and intimate baking class, star chefs from Masterchef or the Great British Bake off will be leading the session, so you'll definitely be in good hands. All equipment and a light lunch will be provided on this experience, and they even do the washing up!
