The experience takes place at one of the countries largest schools for hospitality professionals, in Bermondsey, London. Over six hours (9am – 3pm), their instructors will deliver a crash course in coffee—covering everything from its history and geography, to the roasting process, espresso-making, tasting notes and more. You’ll learn the difference between arabica and robusta beans, and discover the unique flavours of coffee-producing nations, like Ethiopia and Yemen. You’ll also get to grips with different brewing methods and learn to prepare espresso-based drinks like a pro! That means picture-perfect macchiatos, cappuccinos, flat whites, lattes and more! When the masterclass concludes, you’ll leave with the knowhow and skills to make exceptional coffee at home—or in a café. It’s time to add ‘Barista’ to that CV!
