Learn to make impressive French desserts during this cookery class held in London. Learning from professional chefs, you’ll create fantastic French desserts like classic chocolate fondant, strawberry mille-fuille and apple tatin.
This dessert making class is a great introduction to French cookery. You’ll kick things off with a briefing from your experienced chef, introducing you to the techniques used in dessert cookery. Then it’ll be time to get your aprons on and get cooking some sensational sweets! You’ll learn a range of skills throughout the class, including bakery skills, how to caramelise and how to make a mousse foam. A range of delectable desserts are on the menu for this hands on class. You’ll be cooking strawberry mousse, almond twills, strawberry mille-feuille and chocolate fondant. Your chef will also demonstrate the skills you need to cook a classic apple tatin. At the end of the class, you can sit down to taste your creations and relax with the rest of your group.
