My experience was cancelled due to the weather and my Experience Days Voucher runs out soon, can I take my experience after the expiration date?


In the event that your experience is cancelled, you will need to contact the partner centre who cancelled your experience to arrange a new booking date. We will not penalise you if this date falls after the expiry date, as it is not your fault. Some centres require you to re-book within a certain time frame of the original booking being cancelled. Please check with the activity provider for details.
