Booking was very difficult - I needed to ring Adventure 001 to make an enquiry - they told me I needed to book in first although I'd given them a booking number. When I contacted someone re booking they told me I needed a date first which I'd sorted with the previous contact but it hadn't been recorded - and so on. Repeated phone calls were not answered. When we arrived at the site we had to repark our vehicle twice. We were invited into a room to log in and have a cup of coffee, (£1 per paper cup not appreciated). The web site offered front seat from £10. We were surprised to be charged £30. At that point we were told that the front seat was not available for my husband due to his weight. We should have known before we committed to the booking. The back seat did not have the headroom he needed to enjoy the flight. When we approached the heli we were told that photos at that stage were not allowed but that a picture of us would be taken. After the flight the pictures were available as poor prints at £10 per time. The theme of the flight being the Dam Busters we were disappointed to be told very little in that context and nothing that was not very generally known. The pilot was very friendly but his commentary unhelpful.
