Cross-Harbour Self-Guided Craft Beer Tour in Bristol

Explore Bristol's Cross-Harbour Top Brewery Points with this Self-Guided Craft Beer Tour!

Beer Tasting Experience Days: Who doesn’t love a good pub crawl, eh? And when it comes to good pubs, Bristol is THE place to be in the UK. Don’t believe us? Well, find out for yourself as you embark on this self-guided mystery tour of the harbour area’s finest craft beer pubs, bars and tap rooms—complete with seven locally produced beers to try!

Your tour begins at the Three Tuns, a five-minute walk from Bristol Cathedral. Here, you’ll collect a welcome envelope from the bar staff, containing your drinks tokens, a map of the route and your fare for the ferry crossing. Two tokens will buy you two beers from the pub’s carefully selected range of casks, which you can enjoy in one of the city’s oldest bar rooms. The map will then lead you to three more independent beer havens, where you can exchange the rest of your tokens for more Bristol-brewed beverages! You’ll find no spoilers here—this is a mystery tour, after all—but these stops include another traditional pub, a brewery tap room and a curiosity-filled bar. In between venues, you’ll also pass iconic landmarks, like SS Great Britain, and hidden street art by Banksy. You’re free to stay for more drinks once your tokens are spent, and when the tour concludes at Wapping Wharf, you’ll find loads of great places to eat nearby—good news if you’re feeling peckish!

The Cross-Harbour Self-Guided Craft Beer Tour is great fun for visitors and locals alike, and it would make a unique gift experience for anyone who enjoys a pint. Treat your favourite drinking buddy to an Experience Days voucher today!

Excellent Tour

This is an amazing way to tour the city of Bristol while enjoying some amazing beers/cider. I have always wanted to visit Bristol and see the amazing artwork that are on the buildings. This is the best tour for that, I usually find tours tiring as you do not get too many break and you feel rushed with a tour guide, however this experience is a self guided tour which means you can take your time in each pub which I thought was amazing! I would recommend this experience to anyone who is going to visit Bristol!

Great Value Tour

I came across this tour when researching things to do in the city on a girls weekend away, and this was just perfect! I had never visited Bristol before, and it was a fantastic way to get to know the city from a locals perspective. The tour is brilliantly designed, and it was easy to find your way from one pub to the next with the maps provided (all whilst seeing some awesome street art along the way too!). You also get drink tokens that you can exchange in each stop - one stop even gets you a tasting flight of three different brews!! As it was self-guided, this meant we could spend however long we wanted at each stop which was a great bonus. We all had a fab time, and I would recommend this tour to tourists and locals alike, for the great value for money!
