Spa Experience Days: What better way to unwind than this fabulous 60 minute relaxation massage? Thai Oil Massage techniques have been perfected over the past 3,000 years after beginning as an ancient healing craft - and after developing over all that time they've become pretty good!
In the hands of an experienced masseuse you'll spend 60 wonderful minutes in utter bliss, as the tension in your back and shoulder muscles is slowly released. After being welcomed at the Spa, you'll make your way to the massage room. As you listen to the soothing music and get comfortable, the real relaxation can begin! Your masseuse will work along the body's natural energy lines, working out any tension spots and rebalancing your body's natural energy. Lasting for 60 minutes in total, you'll have ample time to switch-off from the outside world and relax. After your massage is over and you leave the Spa you'll find yourself in the heart of Brighton within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants, where you can give your taste-buds a treat to round off your experience in style.

Availability
The Brighton Thai Oil Massage runs 7 days a week throughout the year between 10:00am and 8:00pm (7:00pm in Hove), subject to availability.
Requirements
This Brighton Thai Massage Experience is suitable for all participants, however if you have any conditions or injuries which may affect your massage please let the staff at the centre know.
Those under 16 will require an adult with them at all times. If you are aged between 16-18, you're required to get consent from an adult.

Your massage will last 60 minutes in total. Please aim to arrive at the Spa 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
