Kent Beekeeping Experience Days: Come along for an exceptional adventure, where you get to meet the Fort Amherst bees up close and personal. You'll spend around 3 hours immersing yourself in this unique experience, and you'll also enjoy a delicious lunch at the Pantry.
Your journey begins with an informative session, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of the vital role bees play in our ecosystem. Discover their behaviour, hive dynamics, and the crucial part they play in pollination. As you absorb this knowledge, you'll come to appreciate the remarkable significance of these tiny creatures. After this enlightening introduction, it's time to suit up in your beekeeper attire. This is your opportunity to step into the world of the Fort Amherst bees as they diligently go about their daily tasks. You'll have the chance to observe these incredible insects up close, an experience that's both educational and awe-inspiring. Once your work is complete, you'll be treated to a delicious lunch in the pantry as a reward for your duties!
