Bronze Forest Rally Experience Wales

Drive a real race-prepped rally car during this half day forest rally experience in Wales.

Calling all petrolheads! Get revved up and ready for this awesome rally driving experience in Wales. Get behind the wheel of an iconic race-prepped rally car and push it to the limit on a two-mile gravel stage!

The experience takes place in Carno, Wales, on a genuine rally stage surrounded by 900 acres of forest. On arrival, you’ll be greeted by an experienced instructor, who’ll begin the session with a safety briefing. Next, they’ll introduce the car you’ll be driving—either a rear-wheel drive Ford RS2000 or four-wheel drive Subaru Impreza. You’ll then complete you’re first two-mile stage in the driving seat, with your instructor alongside offering guidance. When everyone’s been round once, you’ll take turns attempting specialist techniques, like handbrake cornering, before completing a second run. Finally, your third attempt will be timed in a contest to be crowned fastest driver of the day! The winner will receive a trophy, and before you leave, you’ll have the option of purchasing an instructor-driven fast lap—so you can see how the car handles in the hands of a pro!

The Bronze Forest Rally Experience Wales is a great day out for motorsport fans, and an Experience Days voucher would make an unforgettable birthday gift for your car-mad dad or other half.

What to wear

Your helmet and balaclavas will be supplied by the centre.

Your shoes are important - many styles of shoe or trainer are not suitable, with soles that are too thick or too wide. Squash shoes are good as they are thin & narrow soled. You should wear warm outdoor clothing as the forest gets quite cold!

Only the most extreme of weather conditions will restrict the experience. Please call the centre on the day to ensure it is going ahead.
