There is no better description to fit my experience at The Slide at The Arcelor Mittal Orbit than utterly hair raising. Just imagine a Helter Skelter on 20 espresso shots - this slide is quick! The Slide is easily accessible as it's located at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London. As well as hitting 15mph on the world's LONGEST slide, you'll also get panoramic views of London's iconic skyline from the Orbit's viewing platforms at the top. Here's how our day went...

Last week, Maddie and I made our way back up to London for the much-anticipated Sherlock Holmes Walking Tour. We arrived at Picadilly Circus, where we were met by our friendly tour guide, Craig. It's safe to say Craig is a real Sherlock boffin, and he greeted us with huge enthusiasm!

STAFF REVIEW AFTERNOON TEA BUS TOUR OF LONDON

Arriving at Victoria Station on Monday 26th June, for an Afternoon Tea with a unique setting, we made the short, 3 minute walk to Victoria Bus Coach Station. When we arrived we noticed the B. Bakery marked clearly on the departure boards, and walked to the correct area. As we waited excitedly for our experience, we noticed a beautiful vintage red bus which fitted the experience perfectly. Shortly after, we were greeted by a smart member of staff, which led us carefully to the bus.
