Emirates Arsenal Football Stadium Tour

People aren't wrong when they say that the atmosphere at a football stadium makes for a truly experience unique! Even though it wasn't a match day and there were few people there, it was incredible - so you can only imagine what it would be like on a match day. The huge stadium towering tall above us and the XL version of the original Arsenal badge, people had come from all over the world to view the amazing grounds. We were lucky enough to get complimentary passes for the self-guided audio tour, which, as neither of us had been inside a football stadium before - we were rather excited about.

We really got in the spirit of Halloween this week (mind the pun) and found ourselves on a Haunted Pub Tour in London with Lantern Ghost Tours! This was not only very fitting for the time of year, it was also an interesting and exciting way to spend an evening in London.

Beer is one of the most popular drinks in Britain, and is as much a part of our culture as brick red telephone boxes, Morris dancing, and afternoon tea! Given its rich history and little-known making process, we were very excited to be invited along to a beer brewing masterclass with Home Brew Depot.
London Day Out with The Original Tour

This week we were lucky enough to be able to join The Original Tour in London, exploring the city on the classic London transport. We got to see all the classic landmarks on this beautiful sunny day on the open top red bus! Throughout our bus tour we learnt about the history of the different iconic buildings, famous stories about the Royal Family and interesting (and amusing!) facts about London itself. One of the great things about this bus tour is that when you have your ticket, you can hop on and off any of the Original Tour buses for the rest of the day!
Lunch Cruise on the Thames with Citycruises
