Afternoon Tea Experience Days: Everybody loves a traditional afternoon tea; delicious cakes, fresh sandwiches and scones - it's a British national treasure! Take your afternoon tea game up a level with this Afternoon Tea Cruise in Skipton, North Yorkshire, sailing down the Leeds and Liverpool Canal with a glass of bubbly in hand.
Departing at 2:45pm near Belmont Bridge, crew will show you to your seats and get you settled before the boat sets off down the canal, sailing past scenic countryside and farmland. As well as unlimited tea or coffee, the traditional afternoon tea includes a variety of sandwiches (think cucumber cream cheese, ham and mustard, coronation chicken - the classics!), a selection of sponge cakes, cheesecake, chocolate cake, fresh fruit, and of course a fluffy scone with jam and clotted cream. You'll also be treated to a chilled glass of Prosecco to sip as you watch the world go by, the perfect afternoon tea accompaniment!
