Culinary Classes Experience Days: This 4 hour Duck Curing Course is a perfect way to spend your morning, as you will have fun putting your culinary skills to the test before enjoying a relaxing lunch of delicious cured meats.

This one-of-a-kind class immerses you in the old tradition of preserving and curing duck delicacies. After arriving at the curing headquarters, you will receive a warm welcome from the staff, as they point you in the right direction of the table tops! The class is led by skilled artisans who will take you on a culinary journey through duck curing. After a quick briefing from the team, you will get started! During this experience, you will learn and use various curing techniques, as you firstly joint a duck, then cure the various parts and even learn the cold smoking process! By the end of the class, you'll be curing connoisseurs and as that meaty smell fills the air, you can enjoy a delicious lunch with your class , enjoying some of the spectacular cured duck you created.

Whether you know an aspiring chef who may want to take part in this masterclass, or you want to gift this experience to a meat-lover who has not had any culinary experience before, this duck curing course promises to teach participants the top skills and techniques of meat curing, whilst having a lot of fun and food along the way!
