Arriving at the curing headquarters, you will be greeted by the friendly team who will show you to the table tops, ready for your experience. The class will be led by professionals, who will take you on a captivating culinary journey through the art of bacon curing. After a quick briefing from the staff, you will dive right into the experience. Using only the finest British Heritage Pork you will begin by preparing the meat, before designing your own cure and finally begin the bacon curing process. Throughout the duration of the class, you will learn and use different curing techniques, and will be a professional in no time! Finish the class off with a delicious lunch, tasting the fruits of your labour, along with other delicious charcuterie.
