Surfing Experience Days: If you're looking for the ultimate active group adventure combo then you've found it! This two hour group surfing lesson is ideal as a corporate day, birthday gathering or family and friends group activity. Whether you have surfed before or are a total beginner, this group surfing lesson on Cornwall's famous Fistral Beach is the best way to have fun in the water...throw in a pizza and a glass each of prosecco - a sure-fire winner!
Once your group have been acquainted with the instructor, you'll all be kitted out with wet suits and surf boards, before heading down to the waters edge for some instruction. Once you've practised the relevant manoeuvres on dry land, it will be time to test yourselves on the sea. You'll spend the morning with an expert instructor who will teach you all of the basics you need to know about surfing. Once you have worked up an appetite from paddling and surfing the waves, your group will head back up to the surfing centre's Beach Bar, where you'll have the chance to warm up with a cheesy pizza and some bubbly prosecco.

Availability
This Private Surfing Lesson on Fistral Beach with food and drink can be booked, during the off peak season (October to May), and is subject to availability.
Requirements
Surfing is a physically demanding activity, so participants should have a relatively good level of fitness and be able to swim a minimum of 25 metres.
Minimum age: 18 years (as there is alcohol available at the end of the lesson).
No maximum age, weight or height restrictions.
A medical declaration form must be completed by all participants before you can take part.
All instructors are qualified surf coaches and lifeguards - you'll be in safe hands!

Experience Duration: 2:00
Time Spent at Venue: 8:00
You will receive 2 hours of group tuition with an expertinstructor, and then will have full use of all specialist equipmentfor the rest of the day.
Your experience will finish with a pizza to share as well as a glass each of prosecco, at the Beach Bar.

Spectators Allowed on Site: Yes
This group surfing lesson is based on shared tuition up to 8 participants per instructor.
You will then have access to all specialist equipment for therest of the afternoon.
The lesson will take place on a public beach, so family andfriends are welcome to come along and watch. There are publicdining and shopping facilities at the surfing centre (subject toseasonality), which they are also welcome to visit.
Where is it Located
What to Wear
All specialist surfing equipment, including a wetsuit and surfboard will be provided by the surf school, upon arrival.
During the winter months you will also have access to hooded
thermal rashvests, boots and gloves.
Please bring your own swimwear, towel and change of clothes.
Participants will have access to changing facilities and hot showers.
Once you have returned your equipment, you'll be entitled to share a pizza and a glass each of prosecco (between two) at the Beach Bar.
Weather
This group surfing lesson runs all year round, in most weather conditions.
However, if the water conditions are deemed unsafe for beginners, your lesson may need to be re-scheduled for an alternative date.
If there is not enough surf for a surfing lesson, you may choose to take part in a flat water activity instead.
