Admire the lovely Sussex countryside of Barcombe Mills, surrounded by serene waters and incredible local wildlife, all while under the guidance of expert instructors. Take some well-deserved time off to reconnect with nature on this relaxing kayak.
You'll start your journey at the charming Barcombe Mills. Your friendly guides will help you learn how to turn, brake, and paddle backward with ease - setting you up for an unforgettable journey. So don't worry about your skill level (or lack thereof!), this kayaking experience is suitable for all skill levels. You will be able to get a close up look at all the brilliant local wildlife, including swans, geese, dragonflies and more. If you're really lucky, you may be able to spot a trout on its way to the spawning grounds!
Paddle through these narrow waterways and admire the scenic beauty provided by the green Sussex countryside. This experience is the perfect gift for nature lovers who find peace in the outdoors.

The kayaking experience runs from March to October and is subject to availability.
Requirements
This Kayaking Experience is suitable for both beginners and regular paddlers. The minimum age for this activity is 18 years old and the maximum weight is 18 stone (115kg).
Participants should be able to swim 50m unaided, with a good general level of fitness.
Unfortunately, the kayaking experience is not wheelchair accessible.

What to Wear
Suitable clothing for the time of year should be worn. Bring a change of clothing and appropriate footwear. It's also advisable to bring a towel, gloves as well as snacks and water.
