Yoga is known to have a whole multitude of physical and mental benefits and can be enjoyed by just about anyone - so why not give it a go and dive right in with this fantastic Red Hot Yoga Drop-in Class in Guildford, Surrey? As well as the many benefits of 'normal' yoga, such as improved strength, tone, posture and flexibility, hot yoga (a form of Hatha yoga) is also superb for detoxing: sweating encourages toxins to be flushed from your body, and working in the heat means that your heart beats faster, giving you a more thorough workout. Working in a hot room can also help your body relax, which is very important for yoga, and can even help breathing conditions such as asthma.

During this brilliant drop-in lesson, you will be taught by friendly and expert instructors in a yoga studio heated to 40 degrees, and will go through a workout which is both gentle and exerting. Whatever your level, you are bound to have a great time pushing yourself in ways you never thought possible, and will leave the class feeling relaxed, refreshed, and utterly rejuvenated! Try this drop-in class today and take one step closer to a life away from fast-paced toxic stress!

Your yoga experience will begin with a welcome to the Red Hot Yoga studio, which is in the centre of Guildford, Surrey.
